They are the Future
Tried to do an activity with second-graders about newspapers. Explained how The Observer was put together each night, how I wrote a story, how many copies of the paper we print, etc. Then we had an activity, where they were supposed to write their own headline and draw a picture for a story about their day. All the boys did stories about butts. Learning win.
